BROWS BY TUCK POLICY

 

Please read entirely before booking your appointment!

 

Do not bring an extra guest to your appointment unless they have an appointment!

If you have an emergency please feel free to call 336-346-9646 During business hours I am usually tending to clients. If I DO NOT ANSWER immediately please TEXT and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Here at BBT we want to be respectful to each & every client by giving our undivided attention as much as possible during the appointment.

Arrive On time for your appointment if you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment it will be canceled. Our Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment, but will need to pay another deposit.

All appointments need to be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you are rescheduling within one week of your appointment/training date the deposit is still secure. Anything after a week you will not be able to transfer to a later date deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will need to be made for a new appointment. Please understand that our artists are busy. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment.

No call no shows will be banned from booking with us in the future.
